Natural Health and Weightloss

Following a natural diet  in the correct way enables your body to start functioning in the way it was designed to function.  At the same time  this diet starts rebuilding the body's immune system and  and fights off disease in a natural way. A natural diet  means eating natural foods, having a positive attitude to life, and  living a far less stressful life.  Exercise becomes a pleasure as your energy levels rise, and brain power increases. 

The diet consists of fresh fruit, vegetables and meats. Excluding sugar, white flours and table salt is essential to good health and excluding them is just one way of detoxing our bodies.  Go on, take a look at the ingredients listed on the tins, bottles and boxes in the supermarket- they have all sorts of strange chemicals and additives in them most flavourings are synthetic too, so in essence our bodies  are forced to hold more and more toxins - that's poisons, every day.  Many of which are stored as we do not  eat or drink correctly  to flush them out.
